Shipping Policy

We're excited for you to get your products, and we'll work as quickly as we can! 

Order processing may take 2-3 business days to ship out; although, during times of holiday cheer, this might take a little longer.

 You should receive a shipment notification via email from shipping carriers once your package ships so that you may track it's journey to your doorstep. Currently, we are only shipping within the United States.

Due to Covid and national staffing shortages, there may be issues that are out of our control that prevent your order from arriving on time. We cannot provide refunds on any shipping costs due to delayed deliveries that our out of our control.

-Item is unopened.

-You've contacted Alchemy - Energy + Aesthetics within 14 days of delivery.

-You ship item(s) back (at your own cost) within 30 days of delivery.
